World’s Fastest Man On Four Legs---A Tokyo man, Kenichi Ito, is the worlds fastest man on four legs. He is 29 years old and has perfected a running style based on the movements of African monkeys. Kenichi has earned an entry in the Guinness Book of Records, being able to run 100meters in just under 20 seconds.
He’s spent the last decade perfecting the ability to move around like a monkey.
For eight and a half years, Ito has walked around his local town on his hands and feet, wearing gloves on his hands and cleated shoes on his feet. He even turned regular household chores into monkey challenges by compleating them on all fours.
Kenichi has honed his skills to six different types of movements. He’s gotten so good at this that when he once went into the woods to train, a hunter shot at him because he thought Ito was a wild boar.
Kenichi says that within 500 years time, four-legged running will be an olympic sport and all athletes will be competing on all fours.
Kenichi love for being a human monkey does come at a price, as he almost got shot once.
When he saw a monkey run for the first time, he was sure he’d found his calling, and from that day onwards practiced how to run ‘monkey style’ on four legs.
