The New Zealand military has just released hundreds of documents that detail various UFO sightings and alien encounters. The report dates from 1954 to 2009, and is about 2000 pages long. The report details various oddities, including one about an alien with size 440 shoes.
The various reports were made by members of the public, military personnel, and commercial pilots. The majority of the UFO sightings involve strange, unexplained lights in the sky. Some have hand drawn pictures, photographs, or even videos.
Here are a few examples from the report.
1.) In 1995, a man claims that he met a giant alien with size 440 shoes. The alien explained to the man what happens to humans when they die. The alien said that humans ascend as hydrogen atoms. ”You will remain in hydrogen form for 150 years. Then it will change to sodium,” the alien said. The alien did not comment on where he bought his shoes.
2.) An early example says that a UFO enthusiast witnessed a “strange bowl-shaped object” fall from the sky. But before he could get a closer look at it, the objected ”bounced high and landed on a government survey vessel.”
3.) Another man reproduced a sample of alien writing that he had seen.
4.) In 1998, a woman says that she experienced the sensation of rain on her arms even though weather conditions were clear and calm. The woman also reported seeing a large oval object with a bright reddish light when she experienced the “alien rain.”
5.) The most high profile case, and the most probable for alien contact, involved a sighting in 1978 above the town of Kaikoura. The strange lights were captured by a TV crew, and were also reported on air traffic controller’s radar screens, even though no aircrafts were supposed to be in the area.

This is because web email services like hotmail and Gmail do not let users specify what should happen to their massages when they die.
In fact, email services owned by internet giants like Google and Microsoft have a policy of keeping your data after you die and letting your next of kin or the executor of your estate access it. These services can hold tens of thousands of messages.
Accounts with Gmail can hold up to 7GB-or roughly 70,000 emails with a small to medium picture attached to each and they archive the messages you’ve written as well as received.
When it comes to deleting the data, Microsoft’s Hotmail will remove an account if it is inactive for 270 days, while Gmail leaves the responsibility to the next of kin.
Of the top three providers, only yahoo refuses to supply emails to anyone after the users has died. The user’s next of kin can ask for the account to be closed, but cannot gain access to it.
A yahoo spokesperson said the only exception to this rule would be if the users specified otherwise in their will.
Mean while, social-networking site Facebook has recently publicized a feature called memorialisation that lets the family of deceased users keep their profile page online as a virtual tribute.

The little battery icon in the taskbar at the upper right of the iPhone screen is okay at giving a rough indication of battery life remaining. Unfortunately when it comes to details the icon is not so useful.
Luckily there are ways to display the exact percentage of power remaining on your iPhone battery. There are two different methods you can use to achieve this goal depending on your iPhone hardware.
Apple has included this feature in iPhone OS 3.0 for users with the iPhone 3GS. To turn on the battery percentage indicator touch Settings -> General -> Usage -> Battery Percentage -> ON.
These menus will only appear on the iPhone 3GS hardware. If you have iPhone OS 3.0 on an older iPhone there's still a way to make this happen.
First, the iPhone you would like to see battery percentage on must be jailbroken. If this applies to you, then simply install SBSettings from Cydia. This application will give you the power to turn on the battery percentage in the taskbar.
After SBSettings is installed, swipe on the taskbar to bring up your toggles and touch the More button. Select Extras & Options at the bottom of the screen. Turn Numeric Battery ON. Click the home button and your battery percentage will appear.
