As of Wednesday, 23 December, 2010; there were confirmed eight (8) innocent Apple iPhone 4G owner were screwed by a con man!  He is a slick talker and full of shit. Put it this way, he can sell ice to Eskimo in the North Pole!  This dodgy crook advertise heavily on the media spends heaps on internet advertising throughout New Zealand.  All the victims' iPhone 4G are not bricked and become expensive designer paperweight.  Most of the victims are New Zealand with imported iPhone 4G around Auckland Central area.

== How the scam works==
The con man keep on feeding shit to the customer and said that there is "no solution" available yet. To add insult to the injury, he has the guts to demand $85 from each victim.  Many are still not aware or awake yet.  Note that the con man claims to be some sort of "authority" or legal representative of an American corporation or "chief importer preferred service centre".  The look of his $2 shop type junk setup is enough to wake you up.

==What you can do to stop this==
What eats most people up is that he might get away from his hideous crime on innocent Kiwis like:
(1) Willful destruction of property (i.e. damage your iPhone 4G pretending that he can unlock them)
(2) Lost of data contents - after he bricked your iPhone 4G, all your names, phone number, Apple apps that you bought, information that cost you money to collect is totally wipe out.
Under the law, consumer can file a Police report with the Auckland Central Police Station, then proceed to ask the government to clamp down on this crook.
If you are on facebook or you are a blogger, please tell everyone to be very very careful to be victimized and get his expensive iPhone 4G.

==Buyer Beware==
Read before you sign any service form at the con man's $2 shop "expert iPhone repair" centre.  Ask for true copy of license issued by Auckland City Council for technical repair.  Any Tom, Dick or Harry can pretend to be a brain surgeon.  Call up Vodafone authorized dealer to check who is the legit and established repair centre in Auckland.  You should ask for trade reference or check with other reputation iPhone repair centre.

Threats by a "manager" from Vodafone, Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand (criminal, offence, cyber, crime, criminal, racism)

Was surprise to received a voice message by an idiot who claims to be some sort of "God Manager" from Vodafone and claims that he will issue tra-pass me from visiting that branch.  The voice message seem to be racist in nature and he sounds like he is very much educated or posses any respectable communication skills.  I have been a Vodafone customer since 2004 until this 22 November 2010 for the On Account package.  We will give this a benefit of a doubt before take legal action on the suspect.  http://tiny.cc/newmarket

This suspect do not realize that he is only a normal worker on fixed average income but wants to play God with those business owners (they have a lot time, money and resources to initiate legal action).  It is sad to see a great company's image and reputation killed by an uneducated cow (if the suspect is truly an employee of Vodafone).

It is easy to let the world know about this weird person with very low self-esteem.  The legal avenue for action would be:(1) File a police report at Auckland Central Police Station
(2) Meet with the Race Relation and give them a copy of the Police Report
(3) Contact Human Right Commission (HRC), www.hrc.co.nz
(4) File a report on this idiot with Department of www.justice.govt.nz
(5) Meet up with New Zealand Herald and tell them the "news"
(6) Release all complaint reports to the Labor Party and local MP, sweet!
(7) Organize a meeting with Vodafone Corporate Communication

In the past, our groups had been successful to speed up the process to get rid of Paul Henry for good through the use of:
(1) FaceBook.com's forum
(2) Sending heaps of twits via www.twitter.com (some chap have over 60,000 followers!)
(3) Share the report with online news portal like www.stuff.co.nz
(4) Use the power of famous bloggers to address this issues
(5) Organize public protest with signs, giant poster outside the Newmarket branch (as claimed by the idiot).

Ask all business owners to spread this matter, use word of mouth to ask business owner to swtch to 2Dgrees, Telecom for their mobile phone service and land line internet broadband.

If we do this for three to six months with full media exposures and the reach of the internet; it will sure make a dent on any business.

Three Teens on Facebook “Kill List” Murdered (social, network, twitter, Auckland, news, report)

In the past ten days, three teens have been murdered in Puerto Asis, a southwestern Colombian town. All three teens appeared on a Facebook “kill list,” that consisted of 66 other names.
According to Mashable, Colombian police are investigating the Facebook “kill list,” but they are not sure who posted it, or why the names were chosen.
Two of the murders occurred on August 15th, two days before the Facebook “kill list” was posted. When the list did go up, it warned the other people on the list that they had three days to leave the city of Puerto Asis. The list was thought to be a joke by authorities, but on August 20th, another person was killed, and another person was wounded during an attack.
Police are offering a reward of 5 million pesos ($2,750) for any information about the origins of the “kill list.”
According to the New York Daily News, there are two major gangs that are active in the area; the Los Rastrojos as well as the militant group Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia.

Saturday 24, July 2010. Death threat by mobile phone call! Auckland, New Zealand

After enjoying my cup of flat white at the shopping mall, I have received a death threat via mobile phone.  Strait away a police report had been file.  That person threatens that he know where I stay, where my family members and guaranteed he will "take care" within a week. We trust the efficient and bold New Zealand Police will take care of such criminal act!
I hope the idiot that is responsible or instigate this matter will be implicated along with those who are guilty.  Well, life goes on and I shall pray for these less capable human beings.
